KD (Kings Ship) Sri Kedah. 103ft Vosper Fast Patrol Boat
(Built by Gordon Lewis)

1/24 th Scale. (1/2"/Foot),
51.5" Length X 10.5" Beam Displaces 20 Lb.
Powered by twin Hectoperm ungeared Motors at 7.2 Volt (Nicad 4Amp/Hr D Cells).
Twin independent electronic speed controllers.
Working Winch, Lights etc.
The Model was built from original Vosper Thornycroft Drawings and photographs supplied by Vospers.
The prototype, KD Sri Kedah was the first of a flotilla of 103 Foot, Mabach Diesel powered Patrol Boats (27 Knots) built for the Royal Malaysian Navy (1963) The Boats are armed with Two Bofors HA 70. Hand operated 40.mm Guns mounted for and aft.
Many more of these Boats were built with regional variations for several navies around the world.
